Terms of Service

Last updated: [date Michelle approves]

These terms apply when you use this website or buy from aMMAZEingly Handmade ("we", "us"), a family craft business in Orting, Washington. By using the site, you agree to them.

OUR PIECES

Everything we sell is 3D printed, painted, assembled or crocheted by hand. Colors, sizes and small details can vary from the photos, and no two pieces are exactly alike. Some designs are made under license from their original designers.

MADE-TO-ORDER PIECES

Some pieces, like FOOTBALL PLAYERZZ in your team colors or VOODOOZZ in the two colors you pick, are made just for you. [Michelle to confirm: how long made-to-order pieces take, and whether they can be returned.]

PRICES AND AVAILABILITY

Prices are in US dollars and can change. Many pieces are one of a kind, so something shown online may already have sold at a show. If that happens after you order, we will let you know and refund you.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT

Our online store is coming soon. When it opens, payments are processed securely by Square. [Michelle to confirm: whether Washington sales tax is added at checkout.]

SHIPPING AND PICKUP

[Michelle to confirm: shipping rates and how soon orders ship, and whether local pickup at shows is offered.]

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

[Michelle to confirm her policy, for example: contact us within 14 days of delivery if something arrives broken or isn't what you ordered, and we'll make it right.]

USING THIS SITE

Please don't copy our photos, text or designs without our permission. Don't use the site for anything unlawful or to send spam through our forms.

OUR RESPONSIBILITY

We do our best to keep the site accurate and working, but it is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses from using the site, and our responsibility for any order is limited to what you paid for it.

WASHINGTON LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.

CHANGES

We may update these terms. The version posted here, with its date, is the one that applies.
